Running Late
If you arrive late (after 6:30 p.m.) on Friday evening, please stop by the registration table, and one of our staff members will assist you in retrieving your registration packet and gifts. We will do our best to accommodate any late arrivals with a meal as long as the kitchen still has hot plates available when you arrive.

Check-in
You will provide the front desk with a credit card at check-in for any incidentals charged to your room.

Dress Code
Casual dress is fine! Some people will wear slacks and a button-up shirt to the evening dinners, and some will be in jeans or shorts the entire time. Speakers will most likely teach in jeans and even wear them to dinner, so it really depends on what you are most comfortable wearing. It’s a retreat, so please dress casually and enjoy yourself.

Special Dietary Needs
If you or your spouse have serious dietary needs (food allergies, gluten intolerance, etc.), please email Katie Bell, [email protected], so we can pass on your information to the hotel chef for times that we will have meals together as a group. Keep in mind that if you share a dietary need with us to pass on to the chef, you must still make your table captain, waitress or waiter aware at mealtime, so they know where you are located and how to best accommodate you. They will not otherwise know where you are seated.
