Make sure dad is involved.
Enjoy church as a family.
Model and encourage daily Bible reading.

Church Factors

Foster and environment of trust by helping them deal with their life issues.
Youth workers must go the extra mile to express genuine concerts for the individual young persons – not just the “group.”
Get them involved with more adults (multi-generational discipleship).
Crate some rites of passage.
Let them provide real leadership.
