In this cohort, you will explore how trust, truth, and thankfulness can keep you grounded in the midst of uncertainty. You’ll apply practical principles and tools that can increase your personal resilience and equip you to help others navigate an uncertain world.
Commitment: 1 hour online weekly for 4 weeks + 30-40 minutes of online prep work before each session.
