Through this cohort, you’ll embark on a journey to strengthen your missional leadership from the inside out. You’ll dive into practical discussions of the heart on how to respond to various leadership styles and lead from deep-rooted values. We’ll also cover how to navigate tough times with grace and compassion to become a gospel multiplier. Connect with diverse leaders, gain practical tools, and cultivate a spiritual joy that spills over into the spaces where God has placed you. It’s all about real talk, real growth, and real impact that echoes through your team, church, and community. Facilitated by two seasoned field leaders, this cohort offers a blend of teaching sessions and group coaching to guide you on your growth journey.
Commitment: 1.5 hour online gatherings once a month from September – December.
